@Darrell KucanThank you for the invite, I'll definitely make it out there for that! I've actually been meaning to go to some local meet ups but never make time. But I definitely will for this upcoming one! The only meetup I've done so far is one hosted by@Justin R.who was kind enough to walk us through a deal he's in the process of.
