One of the homes we bid on via the internet showed up on MLS after 2 failed "auctions".

Also, he did tell me to take a look at the trust to see how it was set up mainly for my own growth as an investor but I have been unable to locate it through the county recorder web site or anywhere on the internet so insight into finding would be helpful?

Hi guys,So we're trying to get our head around all the different tools and resources readily available on the internet.

Also, more properties were allowed to be put on that list than I had originally understood.As to learning about an area, you can learn a great deal by internet searches, reading reviews of professionals and some phone calls.
