I'm a paying member as well, and when I am using the Tools App I put the purchase price, down payment percent, points, and length of months then when I calculate every time it says that I paid 100% cash without any loan details.

Two apps I have been experimenting with is turo or hyrecar.

Why is there no more link to the blog when the app opens or from the menu bar?

I use an app called Spotio to track every home that I solicit and also vacant properties or properties in disrepair.

Spend ALL of your free time educating yourself, erase the social media apps from your phone and live on BP, podcasts etc. 

I know I was frazzled the day they came in with their sales pitch, but point was they were professional - we verbally discussed "staging apps for online photos" and "candles, scents" for showings.Come to find out; all that is for listings that are for sale, not rent.

Would the balance on our HELOC's impact our DTI too much or would we just make it clear on the loan app that the refi would be used to pay off that HELOC debt?
