Anyone having problems with the tools working?

Hi all, I've been wrestling with the rental property calculator tool for a day and a half now.  I'm a bit frustrated as I am a paying member and this tool is simply broken.  I click the button to output to pdf and I get a site error.  Happens every time.

Anyone getting this error? I find no easy way to get a hold of someone at BP.
