I'm new to the game of real estate investing and I'm doing my best to dig deep into the resources available here to make sure I start off on the right foot!

So if you find one whose willing to operate in truth, honesty and integrity then they will not have a problem with the following (13) Rules of Engagement I have created when dealing with PMLs.1-I require that we transact all business using a local Title Company of my choosing, using their resources (i.e. title search etc), their loan servicing capabilities and an attorney of my choosing to draw up contracts. 

You seem to be in a good position and have the resources available to execute a couple more deals, carefully of course.

Overwhelmed but really enjoying all the resources from bigger pockets... just listened to a short-term arbitrage podcast so this is cool to be a bit vicarious and listen in/learn/visualize what bringing in some STR's looks like...
