Because of the stability and growth those markets have been showing but also both markets are close to my home which is an important factor to me

With that being said anytime I was not doing class work and studying I was taking the time and reading about all things real estate and this past Saturday I learned about wholesales and was very interested so when I got home Sunday I spent the entire day learning about all things wholesale and was actually very confident in my ability to do this.

We inherited a house near the Blue Oval City project and listed it, but it's not selling as quickly as we'd like. Should we hold out for a better offer, or take a cash offer now? Any advice is appreciated.

The home appraised last year for 2.1m, currently on the market for 1.98.
