If things get really bad, you might have to remove part of the LVP and dry the subfloor out, but in our cases the water has caused us zero issues.

but bringing it current and taking title sub too is something that we have done for years and years.. its hair on fire and you need to risk that your not getting title insurance so its not for those who cant afford to lose the money you would give the seller or the bank bringing it current incase you made a bone head move.
