Lawncare and/or snow removal?

PM told tenant that we will send someone there but might not be immediate as it's Christmas.3) Day 5: Tenant informs owner that her support dog has passed away and would like to remove "necessary stuff" in her lease relating to her dog.

If things get really bad, you might have to remove part of the LVP and dry the subfloor out, but in our cases the water has caused us zero issues. 

If they are still there, you have to follow the law to remove them.Part of the problem could be that you are trying the "nice guy" approach instead of running it like a business.

If you ask the manager to justify a fee and he starts hemming and hawing, move on or require them to remove the fee.

Aloha,Old, and really old homes or multi-family properties have similar critical areas to either closely investigate, or plan on major, if not complete, removal and replacement. 

I started my own snow removal business this year to hopefully get in touch with some property owners and to save up some money!

but bringing it current and taking title sub too is something that we have done for years and years.. its hair on fire and you need to risk that your not getting title insurance so its not for those who cant afford to lose the money you would give the seller or the bank bringing it current incase you made a bone head move.

Sounds a hair high to me, but of course we have no idea without seeing the place.As @John Underwood said, this stuff is better suited to a handyman.

Most times clients hair fly through them without review.
