Consider using green board (water resistant) for bathroom walls and cement board (water proof) for walls around the tub & shower.

Now that communities are discovering "green" many of them are no longer enforcing their prohibition on clotheslines.

Meanwhile the province has signed countless green energy deals in which feed in rates of some 30c per kwh are contractually guaranteed.

I suggest you figure out who people are first, 40% of them will blow up your BS Meter, 30% won't apply in your market, 20% cross the line legally and 10% has some great ideas, you have to sort it out.

I have the property and they are paying me... but the check bouncing didn't even cross my mind.
