You send people a generic letter like that with a picture of their house, and if you look closely you see the misses on the pooper through the window... 

Biggerpockets is a great format for generic info and you may find everything you need here. 

@Mark CohenIt is strictly a numbers game and I would expect very low results with simply a generic absentee owner list. 

Same with the Guru course they are all generic.

It makes the letter seem personal instead of generic.
