What got me back in the game was 2 things...1) Mark Ferguson's book "Build a Rental Property Empire" and 2) listening to 2 different podcasts where I heard 2 people who were in my current profession resign because they were making so much money in Real Estate.I attended my first meet up this week and it was nice to speak with people with the same goals and interest in Real Estate.  

However, I'm fairly new to the game; I'm a newbie. 

I am a newbie to the wholesale game... 

I would also like to network with people on the site so I can learn from some seasoned investors as well as partner on deals in the future once I have done a few investments myself. 

I am looking to get into the multi-family rental game but am still pretty green about the whole thing.

Hello-Thank you everyone for making this site such a valuable and informative resource.I'm involved with a performing note that is currently paying 12% interest. 

I have also seen contractors take your leftover materials to another job site or switch the high quality materials you wanted used on your property for leftover inferior stuff they already had. 

Estimated repair to get it rent ready are between 5-10K.Because they know that I am trying to get into the real estate game, they want to help me out, but still want it to make sense for them as an exit strategy or partnership.I don't know what type of transaction would result in a win win.

@Charles Morris I found my last fix n flip by making and “I buy houses” post on the local Facebook social site, the owner was very motivated and saw my post at the right time.
