I honestly wouldn't stress too much about a lower list price in Arlington.

Using Cozy for credit checks and this persons credit turned up lower then what qualifies.However this person sent me screen shots with the credit checks being different from different reporting companies and that the credit check experian didn’t even show up on her reportThis person has been very honest and easy to work with and I’m inclined to believe this person but I’m skeptical.Anyone have any experience with this?

Honestly, to me, the only difficult part of remote managing is to move in and out tenants with possible evictions. 

Each of these cities have their challenges (mostly with crime) and the homes do take a pounding every year from the extreme weather conditions.

Honestly, I'm kind of angsty about it all, because I really don't WANT to leave the area since I've lived here most of my life...

There are a gazillion people trying to wholesale around here.It’s an extremely competitive and saturated market.

Honestly I feel like finding a profit venture and then being able to execute it is has more value. 

Honestly I'd rather have it fixed up front so I know it's been done well - HUD houses are often uncared for even when they were owned (think about it - if you're about to foreclose, do you have the money to upkeep infrastructure?).  

Realtors are extremely valuable for connecting buyers and sellers, but not necessarily of value in the situation where the buyer and seller have already found each other.
