I am looking for a part-time job, but would much rather work for dirt cheap with a purpose than to simply make extra money.I'm an accountant by trade (my day job is the head of an accounting dept for an HOA management firm), but I'm willing to do even the most basic manual labor on the weekends for an opportunity to get my hands dirty with a BRRRR or flip, do any data entry/calculations/etc., or whatever is needed to be of service.

The room is in the entry hallway, and has a large opening (it's not a closed off room now, just a large opening from the hallway, if that makes sense)My question- for this to be considered a bedroom, do I need to have the room framed in and a door added, or can I do something nice, but not permanent to section it off?
