I am not enjoying this pressure.. but I guess it is better than having no deals at all.Now I am starting to be a bit more confident though and I know I am doing something right!

Hi Everyone, I have been listening to the BP podcast for a while now and have really enjoyed them, as well as the web site.  

I have 11 tenants and 2 of them deposit it in my account, 1 sends a check monthly on the first and the other 8 I go and collect it in person.Unlike many landlords I enjoy going in person.

That, or enjoy the wealth of "charm" that my taxes are paying for.

not to go all Holmes on homes here, but not diverting the water that falls on your roof away from the building can cause chaos...just a blocked gutter and failed sump pump early in my landlord career provided my fourplex crawl space a shallow swimming pool which I enjoyed wading through in winter to install a new sump.... 

I have enjoyed the podcasts and am still working my way through the archives.Big thank you to all of those who have contributed to this site, I think that it is great to give back, and I hope and pray that I too, will one day be able to give generously.
