Short Term Rental Port Aransas Texas Area

Hello,

Newbie investors here looking to invest in vacation rentals for positive cash flow in the Port Aransas Texas area. I believe purchasing here would be good for short term rentals close to year around. We have enjoyed going to Port A several times a year since I was a kid. Would love to ask some questions to someone who is in this specific area and invests down there. So far just getting all my info from Bigger Pockets, books and I have a great agent lined up down there.  Also looking for a good Short term rental Calculator to identify all expenses and run the numbers on several properties.
