Normally when this happens the investor then lends the money back to us for a new deal.We are very active in the real estate market thus finding anybody else from wholesalers to quality vendors would be beneficial to our company.

Any use, even one that pays no rent is better than nothing at all2) Given rule #1, your focus should not be on the credit quality of the potential tenant but rather the potential success they can have in your space.3) The surrounding neighborhood and space will dictate the success of the tenant, not vice versa.

Doing your own PM work s overrated and buying yourself a job unless in an area where tenant demand and quality is so strong it requires minimal effort to manage the asset.That is usually the rarity and not the norm.If you were just holding this property for equity build up and tax write off and were to stay with your profession until retirement then this property might work if in a great area.
