Remember a bad financing package can turn a good deal into a crappy deal real quick.....Take a step back, stack more cash & gear up to get back into the ring when you're not undercapitalized.

@Cody Godfrey, @Chase Louderback  Loopnet can be a decent source, but even a lot of CRE agents don't realize that if they don't have the absolute premium package of CoStar their listings will not show up on Loopnet (discovered that one for myself, darn it).

Depending on the package you pay for it will also give you a website that you can easily tailor for yourself/your business.
