The seller may ask them to leave, and the seller may incentivise ($$) them to leave, but there is no eviction for the purpose of sale.If the buyer is LEGITIMATELY planning to move into that tenant's unit, they can use an N12 form.If you are going to work with investor clients I highly recommend reading the RTA.
