Spend an appropriate amount of time researching, reading, and learning obviously but time is money when you’re growing it exponentially.Since you mentioned “getting out” versus retirement then I figure you’re just hitting your ETS.

If we can save time AND the technology's efficiency is making it cheaper than the old way, it’s a no brainer for consumers.

I’ve been studying and educating myself over the past couple of months and I’m ready to hit the ground running investing in real estate !

The more efficient I was the more they called so I started letting the calls go to voicemail and would call back immediately unless it was an emergency situation.

The house is nice too, 3 bed 1 bath with HVAC, energy efficient windows, and hardwood flooring.

Kept an eye on it and put in an offer the first day it hit the market. 

I am thinking about making an offer on a multi-unit property that has been listed as a "triplex" that is actually a duplex with a detached garage that has been converted into a studio efficiency unit.
