It should always come down to the people that you establish as your eyes and ears, heart and soul on ground and to only invest for cashflow and cashflow only.With that being said, the numbers are so good here in the Midwest that I don't see an urge to consider any other market at the moment.Thanks and have a great day.

Once you lock in your goals and timeline, you can determine where to stash the remaining % of your income that does not go to expenses.

Well I bought it and got title insurance of course.. well when I got to sell one of properties buyer used another title company and it showed that we were actually land locked..

I was thinking of locking it inside a cabinet, but that would probably interfere with the wifi signal.  

But new locks, and search for new tenant are not chargeable fees in most states. 

(to ensure that I get the entire amount)Since entire account it upto date I feel obligated that I should not proceed with lock out and give him another chance.

My fiancé and I were able to lock in a rate of 2.875% on a 30 yr and we put 20% down on a $520k sales price.

About half of them are tenants that have locked themselves out.
