And just today i received a email this a.m, that said i needed to go on the ramp website an print out the ACH form, and fill it out,sign (in writting) an upload it onto my acct.So i just uploaded it...fingers crossed i hear something soon. my status still says..application approved

I would prefer on my end to stick with the finishes we currently have spelled out in the blue prints but I would be willing to accommodate based on the owners choices/wishes so long as they are not excessive.

Watch out for fine print that requires an additional fee at closing - this is a huge red flag and how most flat fee companies make money.

Nevermind the warnings and disclaimers that are well displayed on county bidding information pages.

Can you assemble a GoogleSheet or XL spreadsheet  with all the book Titles / Authors / Any pertinent notes for all of us to access & download / print?
