Handling receiving certified funds when 100% remote

Hey all! So, our management company is now 100% remote and we just have a 'virtual' mailing address for the business. Our standard protocol is to have tenants pay online through ACH or credit card but if a tenant has multiple NSF's or is going through the eviction process and ends up paying prior to judgement (we have to accept payment in CO), our lease states they must pay in certified funds.

My question is - Does anyone have a solution on how to expedite receiving certified funds from these tenants without picking it up from them directly or asking them to mail to our virtual address? I would think there is an app or a way to reconcile through a third party but am not sure where to start. If it helps, we use RentVine and am not aware of any sort of wire or certified funds process with them.

Really appreciate any insight!!
