Needless to say this has impacted many of our projects and the timelines for contractors have stretched considerably.  

If an option is used it can be structured as compensation that is taxable but does not have to impact the 1921.  

There are many vacant homes & boarded up homes in my area and I would like to be able to purchase some of these homes to flip them and use the profits to make a difference in the community by donating some of the proceeds to non profits who are having an impact in the community.
