I am joining this community as one of my first steps in Real Estate investing.  My only Real Estate experience is being a home owner.  My hope is to produce enough revenue that my wife and I can quit our W2 jobs.  At this point, rental properties are my primary interest; however, that might very well change as I continue to learn more about Real Estate investing as a whole.

Just this week (4/25/16) I started listening to the BiggerPockets podcast.

I'm happy to be here and look forward learning from anyone willing to help.

Welcome to the community. You should download the free book the ultimate guide to real estate investing and look at the calculators and sheets for evaluating a property. The forum are a great resource and getting a local meet up would be great for networking
