The basic answer to your question is can it be a viable business model.

I have recently been spending my time actively studying the brrrr model.

Naturally, with my first goal, you would think this would be all poured into acquiring additional properties and while I am not opposed to that, we are expecting a baby in January so maybe the short term course of action is to find good partnerships where our capital can be leveraged in someone else's model for the time being.Our Problem - We do not have many/if any like minded people in our social circle that we feel comfortable lending capital. 

We are going to take the lease option model that we’ve used in Arizona and apply it in North Carolina.

Someone tells me they have multiple brokers I say great go talk to them and I stop correspondance. 15 years in the business I can do that as I have built a clientele base built around my business model.

After I bought my first coupe properties literally “0” out of pocket I was very excited but we haven’t been able to really scale this model!

Note that the intuit business model is to get you to use the internet version and charging you a monthly fee to access your data versus one time software cost.
