All those 9 month rentals are averaged in and in some cases I think there is just bad data based on how people list rooms.

With Kaplan, I did ALL of the questions, I think it was like a 1500 question database or something like that, just did 50-150 questions each night and then started doing the tests with only the ones I hadn't seen before to make sure I got them all.

It is a database of practice tests and it has an incredible algorithm that helps you find your weaknesses and improve. 

Hey @Khaled Ahmed - there isn't a database of "off-market" deals or any software that just has a list of all off-market properties.

I am also attending school with a major in business administration so that I will have the knowledge of different categories such as finance, accounting, marketing, and etc!
