It sounds like you've got a solid platform to start from.  

I am sure most of the platforms would do this if the borrower/promoter has a good track record and knows what they're doing.  

Every T crossed and gloom and doom scenario outlined for pages on end. 

It certainly appears they are both being foreclosed, but this could be similar to when cross claims are involved, and I'm not crystal clear on reading those judgments.
