Can the equity be tapped by cross collateralization on the next deal?

I wouldn't bet your business model on that especially if you have no experience or properties to put up as cross collateral.  

But it did cross my mind.

Then on my upper arms I have a Knights Templar in front of a castle on the left and on the right the Cross of Jerusalem.I have dealt with many many people and no one that I know of has been offset.

Mazatlan is in good shape now and expectations are good because of the ´Mazatlan-Durango Highway´ that will connect Mazatlan to the US border through the "North-East economic corridor".

I would love to do automatic draft from the tenant into a business account, but have not crossed that bridge yet.With technology the way it is now with online banking etc. just curious as to how you have it setup or how you plan on changing to make it easier.Thoughts?

@Dave Carpenter I started going through the actives and solds (last six months) in that area (more or less the area bordered by North / 55th / Center / Sherman).
