They quoted me at 85 LTV, I then confirmed a month letter once assigned an agent told her my building was 4 units and she quoted 85 LTV and about 1.25 over prime.

I am currently pursuing my first house for 330k, which with that mortgage would be what would put me at the 35% DTI.second, the home I would want to stay in for 4 years would be the first property I purchase.

TX, to me at least, makes it hard to get information.

This gives you a lot of wiggle room to continuously save each month, you have to buy a POS car, cook at home, and lower your living expenses as much as possible - I sold my nice house to live in a C class neighborhood because I knew that I wouldnt be able to reach the rest of my goals making a high monthly payment. 

It is about how much meat is left on the bone, and NOT weather it is turn key or not.You have to make sure there is profits to be made and investors will line up!
