My concerns here is that you pay the 7,800 for the training and then you are not able to gain administrative access rendering Alex's system useless.   

The HOA is concerned with noise, so thats what they want and are offering 5k towards replacing the subfloor, I also have to install Quietwalk underlinement https://www.homedepot.com/p/QuietWalk-360-sq-ft-6-ft-x-60-ft...

But yeah, but for one, I don't think the agents I am in touch with are that helpful and geared toward working with investors or willing to share good deals with foreigners/people they don't know.Good to read that you're able to find adequate opportunities.
