Sounds like a lot of laundry and cleaning and making beds, seriously disrupting a solid napping schedule.In college I had a job at a motel and had to turn rooms sometimes. 

The only place I may come close to considering ripe appreciation hubs in Prince George's would be Mt Ranier, College Park, parts of Hyattsville and the development around the Branch Ave station.

Once Goal #1 is met, I'm sure Growing the Business will come nextBackground:- Bought raw land when i graduated college (2016) which I'm now under contract to sell for a nice profit to help me get started in Real Estate Investing.- Will be moving to Michigan, little NE of Detroit in the Spring.

Brunswick is a college town (Bowdoin) with LLBean Manufacturing and close close proximity to Portland.

In Rome, there are two hospitals and 4 colleges here plus some manufacturing.

Two thumbs up when it comes to renting to college kids.

Yes I do a lot of experimenting, but I've not really gotten that far in depth as to test varying degrees of quality. 

Have plan for new handyman/contractor to coat roofs once over 40-50 degrees.
