I don't want some one to take me by the hand, and I'm not looking for a way to "Get Rich Quick" but rather put all that I am and all that I have into starting my own business.

I read this book because many people on the site have recommended it however to me it just seems like a get rich scheme.Has anyone read it?

If someone can come up with a good way to setup relevant searches so that a post for a house or other real estate comes up, then they'd tap into a rich lead area.

You can read yourself silly and spend a ton of $$ on seminars and so called guru 100% proven, guaranteed to make you rich courses.

I did my first rehab in the 70's for someone else, who by the way became rich and famous a few years later when he started selling his info business at seminars and info commercials.

I read it years ago and wish I could say I put that information to work then, but I am ready to get into REI now.I am working on getting my wife on board and actually hoping she'll not only embrace the idea of working smart to create passive income, but actually take a bit role in a mutual REI business.So, which Rich Dad book (or other book) would you recommend to get her more on board?

Real Estate is not a get rich quick scheme like some might make you beleive.

However, do NOT go crazy on this and make the gurus rich.

I don't really see Indiana as an area making me rich with appreciation.
