How do investors feel about being brought a owner financed deal?

Everything was brought up to code 2 years ago.

An agent saw it, brought the buyer, and they put in an offer which we accepted.

But what I was trying to say is that I as a person who buys notes, would never give you that much for such a note or JV with you just because you brought me a note.

Reach out to both and don't sign anything until your working with someone on a deal they brought you.
