Doing your own lead generation, particularly as a qualified buyer means you can escape a lot of the riggermarole.

I'm thinking of starting an LLC but I have a question on whether it's better to start off as a partnership or solo.My brother and I have discussed starting up a real estate investment business, including fix/flips and rentals.Initially, I was thinking of starting off as a partnership LLC but the taxes may get complicated as would any potential disagreements on how to handle difficult decisions. 

The glut of buyers came as mortgage rates dipped below 3 percent and many households sought houses as a way to escape virus-prone areas and gain space for developing work-at-home lifestyles.

I have pointed out all these points to my brother and tried to get him lower but he has now backed out of the deal unfortunately as he is confident it's worth high $600s.Not sure based on these numbers if it all made sense as just didn't want to overpay and curiuos other people's opinions in this market.
