Body Cameras?

No body could afford to hire guys and contract a job for that price.

Eventhough there were replacement windows put in, most of the time this does not help alot in real old homes unless they insulate the track area where the original window weight was located (9 times out of 10 this is not done).

I am quite young relative to many investors on here.I actually track my weighted average LTV every month and target a lower percentage over time.

I also have a document from a licensed inspector which gives weight to the needed repairs. 

It is advisable to do your due diligence and ask about such things as how long have they been in business, are alternative assets their sole focus, are they BBB accredited and rated, and most importantly, are they a regulated financial institution and have they ever been sanctioned by any regulatory bodies.  

I don't put a ton of weight on those.

When you start to make them voters with unequally weighted votes it gets tricky and is more security-like.You likely aren't going to be afforded a regulation D exemption with solely non-accredited investors.

You may have difficulty understanding nuances in speech and body language, and vice versa, and that may lead to misunderstandings on both sides.
