So if the rent is $1,000 per month and landlord is using a 3x, then they need jointly to be making $3,000 (it sounds like they more then cover).How they split it up between themselves is between them; perhaps the lower income person / lesser contributor gets the smallest bedroom?

I found an MLS-listed 12-plex in Kent, WA (listing says 12 bedrooms which suggests 6 units, but describes 2 buildings with 6 units each).

One thing I added is I look for large 2 bedroom homes.

Lots of condo unIts and townhome development.

I have a studio in a high rise condo.

Hello:We are closing on a 3/3 condo near Walt Disney World on 8/24/18.  

And even startup a discussion about “cash buying vs financing”I’ve been working with a realtor and found few condos that I like, and cost around $50k.
