I'm not sure now about this deal because the asking price is about 10k more then I wanted and plus the owners don't want to finance the deal so I need to figure out something because I told them one price and went up another 5k so I'm going back to my original offer and see what happens.

It is, because in the end people let you down and over promise and under deliver and to tell you the truth cause I've dealt with so many now, some agents are very good and they listen as to what your buy box is and they provide comps and an ARV analysis and other agents aren't willing to do sh!

Am I going to be made to feel guilty if I do ask for my money back in the end?

I just found out about BP through a search online a while back but I haven't been activate for a couple of years here.

As many have noted in recent threads, quality of assets ends up being a larger driver to manage less doors (either self or through PM) while still achieving the same yield.
