Hi All,We are planning on purchasing a piece of land in Lubbock Texas to build a a multifamily property.

All that really lowered were people's expectations. 

I’m not clear on the steps of all this.

Private lending is all over the map - could range from nearly being a bank underwrite to literally a handshake with your cousin Jim Bob.

There will only be one stackable washer/dryer for all residents.

I would love to find a mentor in my area but would also love any advice  :)Happy to meet all of you!!
