I don't have a problem paying for work but it was my understanding that the added items were included, because anytime we asked for additional work to be done that was out of scope of the initial estimate, he always stated, he would need more money.

When I google "Teakwood Dr, Greenville, NC 27834 hotpads," the 2nd item that pops up is 1204 Teakwood (no longer on the market), which is bigger and photographs nicer than your place (but even these guys took a bunch of stupid portrait shots).

We would leave the entry doors at the bottom of the stairs so for move in and move out they could access a door from the main staircase to move items in and out.Does it make sense to try to add a separate stairway?
