I will have extra savings due to my low expenses and have been contemplating ways to invest it, and I always seem to come to the conclusion of real estate investing.

Today we are announcing that we have added thousands of dollars in savings to the Pro account!

that all said we are seeing some price drops in our market but that's a symptom of trying to keep adding appreciation into the pricing every month.and there I no question we have all been spoiled by properties that sell in the matter of days or hours and we all tend to get worried when something has been on the market for 10 days.. :)

@Beth Walford, the guy that I've used in the past is slammed right now and not picking up any extra jobs.

I have told the tenants that there will be a rent increase if their sister-in-law, but I am unsure of how much extra should be charged.

You could always renegotiate your closing date if you need an extra week or two.

Also, I cannot list property as a 3 beds home, but i guess I can say that it has an extra space that can be used as a spare room.

Sucks that it requires several owners to push Comcast to finish adding our homes onto their grid....

The only thing I could add would be that I use docusign and pay extra for authentication.

However, adding an extra $350-$400/month from adding a third basement unit would definitely make it worth it.
