I'm looking at replacing my second washer (this one only lasted 2 1/2 years new purchase) in 6 years, does anyone have experience with buying used appliances, especially at Becker appliances in Denver?

Wondering if anyone has experience extracting information from PDFs of Tax Delinquencies / Code Violations.It is really tedious to copy the information out, and trying to find the properties and owner information manually.What sort of tools do you use?

Sherief, if I may, I would love to connect with you and learn from your experience. 

I've learned from previous experiences of letting go, having systems in place to manage efficiencies, creating a liability barrier, and rewarding the teams that do it properly. 

I go through spurts but I love to cook when there's people to share the experience with.

But it has been my experience that the area is not the greatest area to live.

Our agreement is for a structure shared by two properties, but we have found signification  cross-over from Private road maintenance ags.think this is too specific - google only came up with a couple free samples we could review.Any outlines from experience also helpful.
