YOu probably have to do most of the searching on your own.

When I get rid of one that still has life in it, I give it away on Craigslist).There are plenty of inexpensive, very well-reviewed mattresses that are available - just do a little searching, you'll find them for ~$300-400.  

Use the search bar and check the Colorado specific forums.

I've tried to find this answer on BP and through searching Google, but have not been able to get the specific question answered.

Going off that train of thought I could also use the county auditor site and do the same search.

Trying doing the keyword search on BP. https://www.getrefm.com/ - has some great software and spreadsheets.

We only charge what the actual background check costs, and once we select a candidate, anyone else in line whose background check hasn't been ran gets their application fee back.

So whoever is fortunate enough to already own property near the selected site will win, and anyone who tries to buy afterward will probably overpay.
