So make sure you are comparing in a small window of time and that you are getting enough detail and not simply a quote over the phone. 

Someone answering the phone there should help you.

Also be sure to report this to Home Advisor with a direct phone call to them so other customers don't have this problem.

I have done it before (while in the states) and it was all done via email and phone with a real estate attorney.

Doctor office,karate school,restaurants,hair salons, dentist, cell phone stores,etc.These are places customers are actually going day to day to do business.

While you have them on the phone, ask them if they know of any brokers (the person whose license you will need to work under) who operate on a monthly (or annual) fee-based system, rather than commissions.
