Hi Michelle, What price point would you be targeting on this purchase? 

If you're looking to do a fix and flip - you'll need to come to the table with at least 10% towards the purchase price + closing costs.

I would love to know thoughts on if this is a good STR market, should I wait until housing prices come down,  any advice from those in the area, etc.

Then you can discuss prices with individual subcontractors.
