@Jennifer Hoops no, not in the literal capacity that you are meaning I think.  

This is the real kicker: On top of your acquisition, financing, and operating expenses, you'd have to pay "lot rent" of probably several hundred dollars per month to literally rent the land than the trailer sits on (Note: I believe the lot rent is $780/mo, per the listing).

It literally smells like a dumpster right in front of our condo.

Obviously, when you write off literally everything you can your net income goes down. 

That's an open-ended question but for me - and I invest in mostly C-Class - prior to buying I look at:-Crime-Mapping (one can also call the local police dept. and ask about the property in question - they'll connect you with an officer who works the area and can give you the reality of the crime and if it's getting better or worse)-Literally drive to the property on a Friday or Saturday evening and sit in the car for a bit to get a feel of what goes on-Look at the rents.

I literally had to be onsite supervising a job replacing a door for hours across several days.
