There are literally thousands and thousands of posts like- I need a PM in Cleveland- I need a Realtor in Baltimore- I need a contractor in Detroit- I need a therapist in LA- I need a podiatrist in VermontThen of course the only responses to these countless threads are people recommending their business associates along with blatant and semi blatant self promotion.

This is the real kicker: On top of your acquisition, financing, and operating expenses, you'd have to pay "lot rent" of probably several hundred dollars per month to literally rent the land than the trailer sits on (Note: I believe the lot rent is $780/mo, per the listing).

That's an open-ended question but for me - and I invest in mostly C-Class - prior to buying I look at:-Crime-Mapping (one can also call the local police dept. and ask about the property in question - they'll connect you with an officer who works the area and can give you the reality of the crime and if it's getting better or worse)-Literally drive to the property on a Friday or Saturday evening and sit in the car for a bit to get a feel of what goes on-Look at the rents.
