PWC and the Urban Land Institute published this report on the real estate markets in the USA: http://www.uli.org/wp-content/uploads/ULI-Document...They ranked the "Top" 5 markets: (1) San Francisco (2)Houston (2) San Jose (4) NYC (5) Dallas.What do you think of their analysis?

Here in Houston, TX the Latino buyer market is huge and bandit signs and CL works very well.

I would head to Dallas or Houston if you want to invest in Texas.

Other than Philly I recommend Houston and Dallas in Texas, both good markets.

I've heard both sides but for my local market (Houston, TX).
