Delta's warranty is not as long, but most big-box and hardware stores carry replacement parts for them - sometimes you even have the choice of a genuine Delta part or a cheaper knockoff.If the faucet itself is OK, and just the handles are messed up, you should be able to find some "generic" replacement handles at the big-box store or hardware store.

We have no affiliation with PetScreening.com, but we do use their services and are generally very happy with the process.For pets, they collect photographs of the pet, as well as information on vaccination records and behavioral/bite history.For service animals, they verify the prescription with the healthcare provider.If nothing else, we can genuinely state (and document) that all applicants/tenants with pets, service animals, and/or emotional support animals are screened the same way and treated exactly the same based on a standardized set of industry-accepted criteria.

If you are passing the property on, I don't think the finder's fee will end up being worth it by itself however, the potential experience to gain is easily worth at the very least the initial effort to network with someone who can show you the ropes.

The world would have to come to an end before a risk would be as great as any other type investment.The greatest thing about real estate is I am 70-years old, still work a full time job running a company and while I am working and sleeping my real estate makes thousands of dollars every day, seven days a week, with hardly zero effort, from cash flow and appreciation.
