- Is buying a foreclosure a viable strategy for me, and what should I be aware of?

What resources are best for managing my day to day & week to week, etc.  

I opened a PO BOX to use for any mail for my LLCs which is really none. 

My name is Neil and I have  recently  worked with my  first  client in setting  up  a  real estate business and in order to get started, I am interested in deal evaluations and making offers as a wholesaler and with creative deals in the Los Angeles area.

This will be a STR.

I am new, like pre-school new, to real estate investing and am confused about where to even start. 

Have a substantial liability insurance amount and worry about an llc down the road while you are saving up to buy another.

Hi, I'm considering buying a property and would like to connect with fellow hosts in the area.

I would like to have an active earning real estate job so that I can fund buying rental properties.
