I stand by my comments above.  

At first I was dismayed by their negative comments but I continued because I found that nothing came close to real estate in terms of achieving financial independence.

You'll probably want to read over this comment that I wrote a few months ago.

Karemcd gave good advice.I do have one other comment---it is possible that the owner is not aware of lousy PM or that owner is aware but is stuck with their agreement until expiration.You might want to keep that in mind.

I don't know what's going to happen to this market.There are homes in the exclusive areas which are now forclosed, and there seems to be no end in sight to this, any comments or predictions?
