I have been researching lots of properties in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Indy, & Chicago area suburbs. 

I’m in Columbus, Ohio...but a property this cheap is about an hour out in a small town.

I want to start investing in the Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio area. 

I'm 22 and looking to move into the Columbus, OH market while starting an MBA at OSU!

I have been watching all the webcasts and reading a lot of material, and came to the conclusion that I will start with a House Hacking deal for my first, and will be in the area of Columbus Ohio (OSU Campus...Go Bucks), Delaware Ohio, or anywhere in the central Ohio area that is developing!

I am originally from Columbus, Ohio but loved to Dayton last year.

Also looking to meet other investors in the Columbus, GA area.My wife isn't 100% on board YET with REI so deal #1 has to be a winner or their probably won't be deal #2.
