The construction guys usually take care of the space the best, and sometimes you can just give them some TI allowance to build out the space themselves. 

You could try to ask for a separate meter read and billing perhaps from the water company?

The creditor could object if they are not taken care of in the plan according to their filed proof of claim (They filed an accounting with the court stating what is owed).

Use timers on lights so it seems as if people are inside, and organize someone to take care of the grass outside.

I’ve read through multiple posts of people asking about a HELOC on a seller financed property, but what I’m wondering is if anyone has done so on a home purchased “Subject To” the existing  note?
